Hi quick question. 16yr old what percent should I train his fitness. Will it be the higher the percent, then the lower the skill training? Just a noob looking for any advise thx!

any teenager i would concentrate as much on fitness as possible and get them capped before deciding where to play them long term IMO

would do it the same way, plus: later on you can do some really great things with the training points available with higher YA-level and coaches. When you can nearly pile up 1.00 point on an ability you can push the guys in the direction you want them in their senior year (when they are 20)

I think you should keep physical condition training at 50% for all players, even the ones in the YA, until their physical condition reaches 100%, then you can change it. |
