I had recently built a certain centre. Then there was an activation button! SO what did i do????Well, i pressed it!
So now it is becoming usefull to my team i guess, however why do i have the option to activate for deactivate. Of course when the players have used it enough i should dectivate this. Does this mean i dont pay for maintenance while it is deactivated??

Answer: The maintenance costs are a little lower. ANd you only get 2 facilities at any given time. Will only be in affect when you are specifically training that area...
Makes sense to read the manual again, dosnt it.
