From Manual:
Team chemistry Team chemistry is a factor which affects each playskill, bot not fitness skills. New players (from Youth pull, bought from transfer market) have an initial value of 10%. They can raise TC by playing games. 1) So when player has 10% TC -> will he play only with 10% of skills 2) How many plays in a game a player needs to play to get plus on team chemistry Second question is urgent becuase its hard to build TC when looking at the percentages. From 10% to 50% is 40% and when playing only friday friendly first it will need 16 calendar weeks to be at 50% But because it is also important not to lose friday friendly because of psossible moral lost for saturday league game i want to try to get them only minium play time needed for get TC plus Thanks |

And at official matches he will gain TC much faster. You can not control the number of plays he has at a game, so it makes no sense to post a number here. Just give him time on the field. |

First thank for answer! But sure i can manipulate plays in game! Example i put him at OLB and play all time Dime So player wil lbe in game but no single play for him So will he get TC? I know this is extreme but i can make in depth chart chose and give player more or few play chances this is why i ask for numbers |
