When training physical condition, does this train Strength, Speed and Agility? Or does it train the 'Physical Condition' percentage stat only?

it does only train Physical Condition (increase its %)

To train str, speed or agility you need to make that option on the "train fitness" side xD

It only effects PC.

if you thrain for example strength it also only effects strenght, so no passive training for other skills.

hard to handle!!!everyone wants 100% pc but it will never happen...so therefore training on main skills happens slow or there is a definate sacrafice to be made...mmmmmm...i guess guys with teamwork are a good choice!

Dont aim for 5*talenters with 50 Teamwork and 50 INT...a cool mix of 3,5* talenters with useful skills for their position will do

I've had a very tough time even finding 3* talent with the skills I'm looking for.

would you say that 50-60% pc is a sufficient amount as a general reference?

As far as I know, PC limits the way a guy can play, like PC 60%, he plays something like 60% of his skill values.

I prefer training PC until it reaches 100, then train fitness, and then from time to time when PC sinks lower than around 95%, which takes about 3-4 matches, I switch to training PC again.
