We send out multiple warnings—some at the end of the regular season and others as the season rollover approaches. Even if you missed the first notification, there are plenty of opportunities to fulfill your managerial duties. There is hardly any valid reason for being unable to complete the contracts on time.
Yet, every season, we receive messages from people saying they couldn’t manage it because they were on vacation, had to work late on Friday, or missed a single warning. If you were on vacation, plan ahead. If you had to work Friday night, complete your contracts on Thursday or even the weekend before. If you missed the final warning, you received several others before that. Even the Coach’s Assistant consistently reminds you throughout the season that contracts are expiring.
In the end, there’s only one person who could have resolved the situation: you. But now, as you read this, it's probably too late—again.
