Maybe I missed an announcement or maybe because it is draft week, but the 16 year old youth that I pulled today has TC = 60. (Player ID 100197543) I checked the manual, and there it says under Team chemistry that youth pulls start with 10 TC. By the way, I have the highest level youth academy, in case that plays a role. Feel free to ignore this bug, or if you must change something on this player, feel free to change both strength and speed to 50. |

My youth pull from today Wingfield also has 60 TC.
Honestly, that's probably how it should work normally.  |

The highest level of your Youth Academy will give your Youngsters a boost in Team Chemistry and Experience at the Training. |

when we raised TC for new teams, we had to raise the level of TC for youth pulls too...and I forgot to adapt the manual
