I find my self currently unable to move plays in the playbook (due to new arrow buttons less of an issue) and player on the dephchart up or down .

Hm, I cannot reproduce this. Please clear your browsers cache, and if this does not solve, please check your browser for crazy plugins installed. Maybe give another one a try and see if this works. It is nearly impossible for me to fix errors that are created on the client side

Its fixed now , my adblock must have reset for rza/c and blocked that on its way .... .
