Hi all, been playing about a week now and this is my first question.
More generally, I'm wondering if it's possible to set players on the Left or Right side of their formation (G, T, DE, DT, LB, CB)? I can't see anything where you can determine that, which makes me wonder why there's even a directional setting for plays in the match settings. |

First of all welcome.
Help / Manual / Formations In the bottom of the chapter you can find the engine Pickorder. For example the first OT available listed in your depth chart will be the left one the second the right one. Available means that during the game substitution and injuries must be tacken in account. If you have in your depth chart 3 OT you will have OT1 Left and OT 2 right until OT1 is not injured or his energy drops down enough in order OT 3 plays in his place and so you will have OT2 Left and OT 3 right. |

Thanks for the prompt reply! I'd actually kind of assumed that was true (I might have read it a few days ago when I was skimming a ton of help/FAQ information). I looked for it again the past couple of days and couldn't find it.
And thanks for the welcome! Looking like quite the game so far. I've always liked Football Manager, but being an American I really like the mash up of American Football with league structure of soccer. PJRAVENS wrote:
