So I discovered the Monarch Hall of Fame today. I kind of think it is fun. The idea would be to vote during off-season, after the Bowl Game and before the W1.
However the Monarch system is complicated. I though about a more simple version. A comittee would propose 5 teams per season. And then all the 1.1 and Elite manager would vote. Per season, one to two teams would integrate the HoF. To be eligable - Be a team of the 1.1 or above for at least 5 seasons. To be proposed for selection - Be a team among the top 5 teams proposed by a comittee. Each member of the comittee proposes 3 teams. A manager can not propose his own team. Who compose the comittee - Teams with a 1.1 Bowl win - Teams in the Elite on the past season (S24 if we start from this off season) - Teams who took part to the past season 1.1 Conference Finales Who vote for the final integration to the HOF? - All the Seadevils 1.1 and Elite managers. Each Manager votes for two teams. To integrate the HOF: - Be the top team after the managers vote - For the first 3 elections, be the second team in the ranking and receiving at least 10 votes What do you think? I don't think a manager should have to retire. Then I will never get in because I will never retire!

I considered it. But we start it late and have already so many teams deserving to be in it. That is also why I put the second criteria. The second team would be inducted only if the score it close enough to the first one. Let's say 20 managers vote and the winner gets 15 votes. It is usualy. But there is nothing saying it must be like it here. Were would be the fun of it? And do not worry, we will all be retired by the time you get inducted.

Both of you are in it for life after your wins in 1.1. Also you are both in the Elite so you actualy match 2 criterias when only one is necessary.

About the comittee for this season, we would have:
Gotham City Bats* Naprzód Marsz!* Leeds Celtics * Firenze Foxes* NOtown ~MYST1CS~* Cool-Runnings* Michigan State Spartans* Munich Runners + the four conference finalists. *: Members "for life" |
