You would not be playing against a penalised team if for example you got promoted to Elite league because your team would also be elite and penalised in the same way, and if an elite team gets demoted back down the penalties go away. Players in the Elite league should be paid more as they are, in effect, the best players in the game.

I like this idea of increased wages a lot - maybe not only for EL Teams but also for PO participants in X1 Leagues?

X1 league teams need money to grow up.
The ones that benefit more of the PO income leave the X1 League going in EL. So X1 League remain balanced. EL teams playing regularly PO are already at the top they cannot leave EL League. If I am not wrong the topic is fill a little bit this gap. |

I personally would like this very much. I would always apply the same logics behind income rules so I would not scratch the PO money for any PO contender. If ever I was to make it I would be counting on the income. Right now, for the first time I train athletes over 40, which I had never done before. Logically salaries will go up. It's my most serious try to get to Elite level. |

In RL, the best players want to play in the best league, as the best leagues generate the most income and will pay their players more. In RZA Elite does not generate more income than any 1.1 league, which is not realistic, but imo good for the game. |
