I think that defensive formations with 4 CBs need to have an ouststanding CB AC, you have only a 76 EXP 3.
It would be interesting seeing what happen if you blitz 75% LB or 75% SF
Again without a good AC SF maybe also the SF blitz cannot work properly...

In my opinion using this kind of formations is very risky in case your opponent rush...

For the first game I had CB AC 83 with Exp 5 (1 interception, 3 completed passes). This one came today (all six completions).

I just can't accept that same things can happen with 3-3-5 defense and with 3-1-7 defense. Ok, some plays must go through, but 90% of them is a bit to much.

I agree for rushing, but as I said all 10 times it was a pass and a long 3rd to go.

And for rushing there is in Elite my post with rush against 3-3-5 defense

After I tested a year ago I found this formation to be a prevent defense. It's supposed to be soft.

How is prevent defense when it allowed 90% completed passes for 15,2 yards per pass?

I rarely use this formation because I assumed that to be the case. Prevent, as some may not know, is only intended to prevent LONG plays. Like at the end of a half/game when your opponent is trying to pass deep/pass medium. Allowing 15yd passes sounds about right.

I disagree.

Explanation could be:
"Safeties and cornerbacks pull back to a "safe zone" five to ten yards off the line of scrimmage, and the free safety often plays as far as twenty yards back. The defense does not jam receivers on the line. The prevent defense employs zone defense, in which each defensive back is responsible for an area of the field rather than a specific player. The backs watch the quarterback's eyes to determine where he intends to pass the ball.
It is used by a defense that is winning by more than a touchdown, late in the fourth quarter, or in specific situations, such as third-and-very-long if it seems clear that the offense must pass the football to gain long yardage."

My expectations of the 3-1-7 is you're going to give up yardage but when it's a completion over ten yards and past the sticks in most cases a tackle or two should need to be broken to get that yardage. Same for Dime with just a bit more success rate in completing those over 10 yard passes.

Completing most passes against these defenses should be like a handoff six or seven yards beyond the line of scrimmage.
