Playcallers is a really interesting podcast from the Athletic where they explore the Kyle Shananhan coaching tree. Plenty of interviews with Kyle Shanahan, Sean McVay, Mike McDaniel and Matt LaFluer. I haven't heard Robert Saleh speaking yet, but he is talked about frequently so far. Anyway, incredible insight into how these guys came up and what sets them apart.
The podcast is pretty danged motivating! I don't care what you do for a living, these guys will motivate you to be better at it. Warning, these guys are NFL coaches. The language is a little strong at times. I found it on Spotify, but you may be able to get it on other streaming services. I highly recommend it if you are an NFL fan.
