Hey Fire,
Looking at the league as it stands, it looks like it remained a competitive league. Here was I happy to see the Wookies moving on - BTW, how great they are representing the Fire up in the Elites wow - but we really had to have another great team to join this division... Welcome back BoaTek. I hope the financial strain on going to Elite has not impacted you massively. I have been building that war chest for a few seasons now, so I understand the pain. The Salopians are another team heavily invested in this current season, they ended up missing the playoffs last season, they are out for blood. Sad to see the Frontiersmen turning into BOT, but I find solace that it only happened after they beat the Chompers. Hopefully they will return in a different format perhaps. 
And my plan this season is again try to get to the playoffs. It is difficult because I have lost a couple of key players and the younguns are not there yet. But we keep grinding. So wish me luck! A power ranking would be good for some banter. Other thing is would there be an appetite for a Power Mode league cup? |

Welcome back BoaTek. Hey thanks Andy, I would definitely attribute a big part of my success to playing against your passing attack and the Chompers rushing every season from day 1. The slow but steady improvement also allowed me to pile up good draft picks. Despite my great start up here, I could still end up 4-12 and be switching with BoaTek next season. AndyMan wrote:

Would be great if someone could analyze my supercup game against SA Storm to give me some advice. I won, but barely with an interception return and a long TD pass.
Seems he still has the original players and is outclassed by my team. Yet, I couldn't run at all and threw 3 picks. Though I was having a lot of success passing other than the turnovers. And he had some success running and only threw the 1 pick. I suspect the lack of running game made long 3rd downs and I was forcing the ball but can't figure out why he could run and I couldn't. Maybe the difference between his starting squad and my newer squad is not that great just yet. Or just a bit unlucky. But I have mostly 3 star players with 25-30 skills going against 2.5 star players with <20 skills, so figured I would at least be able to run the ball consistently. |

Don't fret the numbers. 1/2 stars don't amount to much. Random game engine outcomes do.

If you really want to see a headscratcher...
https://redzoneaction.org/football/index.php?page=yourteam&subpage=gamecenter&matchid=101233382 This is ridiculous? I thought the karma system was in the game to stop dumb stuff like this happening. My team albeit tired, is vastly more skilled than my opponent, who threw to the same tight end... 70+ times? I would have been very upset had I somehow lost this game, and it came down to the last 10 seconds. |

Wow! That's crazy! How is that even possible? I think he is the only one with receptions, like 50+ and 400 some yards🙈🙈. You'd think there would be an int in there somewhere, but from my quick glance over not a one . Crazy

His team threw 8 int's so far this season. 3 league + 5 supercup.
