Sure, maybe it seems like I emphasized the skill difference which, I guess doesn't exist since yeah I didn't look at him spending 8.5million on his roster (I don't much look at other teams and their spending, but after you mentioned the salary I looked at his player ratings, and the stars are all pretty low, so not sure where all that salary is coming from unless he has some really oddball ratings for players that don't go towards the normal ratings for positions?)
My main focus was on the karma system, it just felt off that you could run the same play 70+ times in a game, and still have 75% success rate, almost always netting 8-10 yards per play. My defense isn't exactly a slouching defense, so it just surprised me, and maybe Karma doesn't matter as much as I was led to believe? Or is his team actually that much better than mine, and the karma system really did just bring him down to my team's level? |

I think Karma isn't active as far as a tactics penalty. It's basically being used as an indicator about the play book balance. (Not sure balance is correct description)
But yes you would expect a repeated scheme would be reacted to by the defense and interfered with. But things are what they are. Back in the Barry Sanders days everyone on the planet knew he was gonna get the ball and yet he was often unstoppable. |

Yeah, that's insane. If you scout the TE, it's his go-to strategy as his TE has gotten best TE in the world last season and seems to be his entire identity. I don't understand how defenses don't key in on that and get 10+ INT's a game.
