As you may know, at season rollover we check, if a team fulfills the roster minimum of 38 players. If not, we provide new players until the requirement was met.

Seems to me, some teams abuse this to get fresh players. Therefore, I would like to change the quality of these new added players from "average" to "garbage". What is your opinion?
