The Sea Devils Race for the Playoffs...

Whose in, Whose out, Whose shaking it all about?

Is this the most competitive Conference in RZA?

NC EAST

Currently headed by Sheffield Wednesday, last years winner, The Copenhagen Chargers remain firm favorites to take the title.

Wednesday face a daunting trip to Romania to face Constanta Sailors, followed by no less daunting games against former NC East Title holder North Sea Jarls and the even ready Minnesota Silvers.

Copenhagen on the other hand should finish the season 3-0, their biggest test coming this Saturday against dERBENT CONVICTS. dERBENT have been in strong form recently which offers Wednesday some hope.

The likely outcome however is The Charges take this Division on Points Difference finishing 12-4

NC North

All done and finished, St Pauli will make another assault to become Elite. If they are to do so they must overcome at some point The Glasgow Tigers - currently their oly defeat this season.

NC South

The South has thrown up the seasons biggest surprise in The Manta Rays. An absolutely stunning season led by their QB - The man formely known as Eddie the Eagle. Edward Balandis is currently taking snaps for his third Sea Devils side and showing Wednesday and The Black Knights just why they shouldnt have let him go.

The Rays remain in the race for the NC South just 1 game behind favorites Glasgow Tigers, whom they have beatn once this season.

Its unlikey The Rays will topple the might Tigers however, with Glasgow facing an expected easy run in. After Konjarnik High Towers they will face Northern Storm and dERBENT CONVICTS. Storm should offer the most resistence, but fell 51-10 the last time they met The Tigers.

The Rays should tie up a Wildcard Spot and finish the season with an amazing 14-2 record, with another easy to fair finish to the season.

Tigers retain - Just!

NC West

Michigan Weasel Traders will reclaim the NC West should they be able to overcome Vancouver this weekend. With the home crowd 144,000 strong the Traders are the favorites, particularly after winning 41-27 in Canada earlier in the season.

With both sides likely to win their final 2 games of the season - this Saturday is for all the marbles!

Weasel Traders take back thier NC West crown

Prediction

1. Glasgow Tigers 15-1
2. St Pauli Packers 15-1
3. Michigan Weasel Traders 14-2
4. Copenhagen Chargers 12-4

5. Manta Rays 14-2
6. Vancouver Corsairs 13-3

Who could spoil the party...

Northern Storm - At best can go 12-4 and would need to win all 3 of their games against St Pauli Packers, Glasgow Tigers and Manta Rays (who just happen to be the top 3 teams in the NC Conference.

Sheffield Wednesday / Copenhagen Chargers - Whoever finishes in the Wildcard Spot, the best they can do is go 12-4. If Wednesday win all 3 of their games they will take the Number 4 seed. If they lose 1 they will likely finish in 2nd place, with, at best a 12-4. Best the Chargers can do with 3 wins is 12-4.

They would need The Corsairs/Traders to lose at least 1 more game and hope to catch up their points difference.

Unlikely!

That means we could potentially have a 12-4 side that doesnt make The Playoffs, whilst the AC will likely have 2 sides with 8/9 wins in the post season.
