Hey Elite folks,
Guess who's back? Yep, itās meālike a bad sequel nobody asked for. This season, Iām not aiming for glory. Iām just here to see if Iāve actually learned anything since my last Elite adventure (spoiler: probably not). A few seasons ago, I somehow stumbled into Elite with a squad of aging legends, sky-high wages, and dreams bigger than my budget. The result? Zero wins, a bank account crying for help, and a team that looked like it had just survived a zombie apocalypse. Delicious slice of humble pie, anyone? Now Iām backāolder, questionably wiser, and with expectations set firmly at āmaybe Iāll win a game.ā And if I do, please let it be against a real person and not a bot. Let the chaos begin! |

Welcome back my old rival friend. I don't take our game tomorrow lightly as you have a knack for out-performing your roster. Our division could be interesting. If I stumble and Misery goes BOT you could find yourself staying up here! See ya on the grid ![]() |

Hopefully his important players were under contract and he sticks around with a quick return trip to elite. |

Yes, money flows with a full stadium and a low-cost roster. But it will take (at least) 2-3 full seasons to create a team with options to stay in Elite.
This is my way of playing RZA: I start from scratch with a team, take it to the top, and then start over from scratch. Right now, I'm in my 5th stage (I think). My cycles are approximately 10-12 seasons long. I think that to stay in Elite and in the game in general, we need three things: 1.- A lot of knowledge and control of the game. 2.- A lot of money in the bank. 3.- Maintaining enthusiasm for the game. The third condition is usually the first to fail. ![]() Dumbarajko wrote:

Without a doubt, if the two teams promoted to Elite don't meet the minimum level, it's easier to stay up.
But if you don't meet the 1st and 2nd conditions, your team won't win many games and you'll end up in the 3rd condition. Don't you think? ![]() Quim Solana_Steve wrote:
