Probably a low priority suggestion, but maybe easy to implement. Can we change name / nationality of coaches like we can with players? Maybe before they coach a game for you? I find it destroys the illusion of realism for me to have a football team based in Charleston, SC, USA with a head coach from Kazakhstan. And it is very hard to find USA coaches despite nearly 30% of users playing there.
