So, Trnje @ Prague Lions did turn out to be a wrong prediction.
Trnje won against the Lions. Next gameday, we have 2 new human teams playing. I don't treat them as human teams in total, since they are baby franchises, but against BOTs they might fair better than regular BOTs. Saints @ Miners is the top game next gameday and most likely to be a game, which might turn out different to my prediction (I picked Miners). EDIT: and another new human manager, which I will treat until he starts working seriously on the team as semi-BOT. By the way. BOT-watch: Devils might fall BOT in 3-5 days. Jaguars might fall BOT in 5-7 days. weekenders might fall BOT in 5-7 days, but they do this kind of Lazarus game of coming in on last day before termination since 10 seasons or so. After our team's disappointing Supercup season, our management has decided to push for rejuvenation. Several "old stars" will find themselves on the bench and replaced by young talent. Therefore, the club expects some losses. The final six matchdays of the regular season are underway, and they expect to suffer two to four losses during this period. While the team wants to reach the playoffs for the fans, they don't expect to have a say in the race for the elite spots.

The odds were clear. ELO's famously failing with as smart managers as Cobras have.

It's all right, Torakrid, I can't and won’t blame you for my own team missing their chances.
Looks like the Project Division lead will have to wait another season. Tough Morion sure lives up to the name. Now there’s still a chance to prove Jack wrong about his prediction regarding my season score. @jpnwrt I was a bit surprised by the low scoring on both sides of the ball. |

I haven't got time to seriously analyse the record, yet, and I had to leave our bench in Cottbus (nice city, by the way) after the 1st half, only to come back for the very last seconds of the match. Before I look, my guess is that it's just how stiffling the defense of the Cobras is - only 2 TD's allowed, against a pair of 4.5 stars WR and a 4.5 slippery RB, who played motivated by MoTY! And the MoTY-vation of our defensemen is probably a big part of why when I returned to the bench, there was still a "0" in front of a "3" on the scoreboard on our opponents' side. I probably overreacted yesterday, praising only the "D". After all, while not with a lot of scoring punch, yesterday, our offense did deliver in terms of creating the space for the defense to excel in not allowing German team within the FG distance. |

Your decision, but from my point of view, your are still in playoff race and the regular season outcome is maybe not great, but does not matter much, as long as you get to the playoffs. From there it is a matter of luck and the better the team (and I guess the veterans are better) the less luck you need. |

So, gameday is done and I have some differences to my picks.
the first is Snappers @ Cobras, which was won by the Snappers. Snappers went MOTY and won in a low scoring game. The second are the Saints @ Miners, with the Saints winning by a score. Miners did play their youngest QB and he delivered more INTs than TDs. With that kind of shift in the roster, hard to predict the next few games. Next gameday we have as best bet on differences to my picks: Morior Invictus @ Caplit e salama, where I picked the italian team Paxtang Black Panthers @ Ruhrpott Miners, where I picked the german team and Prague Lions @ Paris Chiefs, where I picked czech team |
