Hi,
When I started in RZA, the first thing I didn't like was having to choose a flag when registering. Among the ones offered, I didn't see any that I identified with, so I chose the "most neutral" flag I found. So, here is my request: I would like to remove the requirement to mandatory choose a flag and offer the option to leave the flag field empty. Another possibility could be to use the RZA logo instead of a flag. Today my team will play a game, but it will not compete in that game. I have adjusted the game settings so that it has no chance of winning. The reason: the flag my opponent chose when registering. My conscience would not be calm if I play against them normally. I don't know her/him, and maybe I am being unfair to her/him, and maybe she/he also feel the same way about the flag they chose as I do. I don't know. Finally, don't say we shouldn't mix politics with the RZA. Everything is political. EVERYTHING. I have always lived 25 kilometers from the border between two states. And I often cross that border. On the other side of the border, they mostly speak another language, the town halls have a different flag (neither theirs nor ours, I don't consider either one "mine"), they have their meals at different times and have different eating habits. They have different sports and cultural interests. Different laws, a different way of organizing society... different customs, in short. And none of that is that way for biological, genetic, or similar reasons. It's because of politics. Indeed, although that border has been there for a few centuries, it hasn't always been that way. A political decision left it that way. My English is very poor, and I have written this text in my native language. I appreciate the thought and honesty in your message, and I fully understand that symbols such as flags can evoke strong emotions.
I agree that politics is present in many areas of life. However, I do not share the view that choosing a flag in RZA automatically expresses a political statement. In RZA, flags are meant only to represent cultural or regional identity within the game - not political positions. Regarding the specific example you mentioned: every person in that region, regardless of nationality, religion, or background, deserves the same right to live in peace and safety. No side is superior to the other - human life and dignity are equal everywhere. Displaying the flag of either side does not imply support for violence or aggression against the other. I respect your perspective and the values behind it, but I must disagree with the logic of your request. I cannot support removing the flag selection feature. |

I am asking for the option to be ADDED (not REMOVED) so that it is not mandatory to s e l e c t a flag. It should be possible to leave it empty or use the RZA logo. Anyone who wants can choose a flag. Anyone who doesn't can leave it empty or choose the RZA logo. I am not proposing to remove anything. I am proposing to add another option. |

Maybe just a flag of earth & earth as the country ?
