Joined the League last week. Pontchartrain Skippers. Looks like some experienced Manager so hoping I can learn form you guys.
It was suggested I explain my team's name. I live on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain in Mandeville, LA, USA, about 35 miles directly north of New Orleans, LA. The local high school mascot is a Skipper, since the lake is a great for sailing and sport boating activities. SO simply, Pontchartrain Skippers. Trying to get organized, get familiar the game features, trying to avoid getting run over and giving up 100 points in a game, and see if I can build a competitive team.
