The first round of the SuperCup was easy. However, my next opponent is the Space Kraken! But since I’ve already beaten them once in the past, hope dies last that I might advance one more round.

Of those matchups, I pick 11-2 for the 1st round, eventually a bit optimistic. Please note, we have a CIVIL WAR in the round with the Caplit e salama going against the Miners. The 1st round is over and we have a record of 10-3. But that round did feature a lot of quite easy matchups, to be fair. Next round will be tougher and as it seems, MUCH toucher, including 2 CIVIL WARS. In 2nd round next Tuesday we have Suchdol Minors @ Lutetia Chaotic Smile (CIVIL WAR) Bergen Bruisers @ Paxtang Black Panthers Manta Rays @ Ruhrpott Miners Free Agent Mascots @ Trnava Saints Space Kraken (ELITE) @ Berlin Racoons (CIVIL WAR) Big Brocks Jock @ Finis Coronat Opus (ELITE) Leverkusen Leopards (ELITE) @ Diorite Lions Cottbus Cobras @ Dumpster Fire I pick 5-5 as outcome, but that might be already too optimistic. Let's have a look at the upcoming Wildcard games: 2025-11-18 17:00 Wildcard Playoff Berlin Racoons @ Doves It seems the Doves are always lacking in the roster build phase, since they started the franchise. I don't know why, maybe they will find their perfect setup at some point. But because of that, they are in such games here always the underdog. The teams have met during the season and the Doves were blown out of the stadium. I expect a Raccons win here. Cottbus Cobras @ Trnava Saints Believe it of not, but since season 59 have the Cobras won the last 4 games, including this season. The Saints are a mystery for me, with their strange coaches setup, but seemed to have a solid roster. The Cobras have on paper a weaker roster, but a much more extensive coaches setup, which might give them a boost at the right time. I'm torn between the statistics and the fact that the Saints have a lot of experience over the seasons and several trips to elite. Might get close. I pick the Saints, but wouldn't be surprised by a Cobras win. Likely the closest game in the Wildcards. Lutetia Chaotic Smile @ Prague Lions The Lions win the division, thanks to the split series between the teams and an easier schedule. Now the teams do play again against each other, right after the last game on season finale, which the Lions won 24:0, surprisingly. I personally think, the Chaotic Smile is slightly better build, so I pick them for a win. But can go any way. Paxtang Black Panthers @ Trnje I don't get Trnje, the team setup, everything. I did try to contact the owner, offered help, but no response. That said and done, this is over, before the start. A Trnje win would be THE major upset of the season. Black Panthers are well in competion for a championship, while Trnje is only here, because the got their division handed to them, thanks to 3 BOTs in the league. Panthers will win, period. |
