I'd go for DL. Not sure he has the smarts for LB, and 50 STR Heavyweight should be hard to run over. |

The HAMBURG SEA LIONS made another big move today on the transfer market and signed Offensive Lineman Rolf Casillas from the Dayton Triangles of Galaxy league fame.
He will instantly be the player with the most expensive wages that we have on the team, but the O-Line IS the most important unit to make the Offense work, so we’ll spare no expenses to have another valuable player in the trenches. Casillas has already perfect EXP and AGI and was otherwise trained well by the Triangles, too, where he went through their Youth Academy and subsequently played every league game for them from S58 onwards. We’re very happy to have him aboard, and as there’s still half a season to play we're confident that he’ll be right there to help us out when the postseason comes around. Hopefully we’ll make it there, though. ![]() |

Fortunately, I'm able to afford such high personnel costs for another 10 seasons. Naturally, I'm active in the transfer market and have acquired a new player for the DL. His nickname is so terrifying that I can't reveal it. Even his given name will make many of your offensive liners tremble with fear:
German Slaughter Edit: I tried to get a picture from chatgpt of a ball carrier being tackled by him. Unfortunately, this crosses several boundaries regarding the depiction of violence. Last edited on 2025-11-23 08:43:50 by hmpf22 |

Sheffield Wednesdays off season has begun with activity in the transfer market. The Owls are in the market for Offensive Linemen and Safeties, whilst also looking to add quality to any other position should it become available.
Concerns remain over the Wage Bill, with ballooning costs due to a multitude of Contract renewals needed. Some players made need to be culled to reduce the bill |

Lorenzo Babin, after 5 seasons with the Silvers/Silver Foxes, is being put on the transfer list, not because of his talent, but because of his 199K wage.
He answered a question at the press conference on which team he would like to go to, here was his answer: "To answer you question, i'm not thinking of a specific team to go to, mostly because I don't 'favorite' a single team, but teams that I really want to be on is teams in the Sea Devils NC South. I love playing in the South and I love playing against the teams in the NC South. Every team has a goal that I want to accomplish, and I want to help them fulfill it, especially with what people call my 'Long Reach' skills. I heard that the Corsairs relocated, congrats to Bruce he has been a good owner and I wish the best for him. But I also wouldn't mind going to a Sea Devils team, I just love the league and the community that surrounds it, but, we will see what will happen before Monday." |
