My personal strategy is having more low CPs coaches than just a few high (except for OL and DL coaches that I want higher).
Problem is, while on the market you always have plenty of coaches in the 65/85 CP range, you hardly find any below 60. I don't know other players strategies, but I can guess low level CP coaches are always useful, especially because when changing them you often have a limited CP amount left, so why we don't have a more balanced choice? Thanks |

Maybe I understand this wrong and someone will correct me on this, but I think there is not a big difference between coach under 60CP and no coach at all, because basic coaching staff gives you 50... so having a coach with lets say 53 CP seems like a waste

Not true, since there is more than training calculation.
On training calc, the effect is Not big, but exists. On top comes Games pereformance and YA training points. Check the manual. |
