Yes, if for you sacks coincide with fumbles they are indeed useless, as I have to this point never experienced a fumble resulting from a sack in RZA. But sacks are not meant to force fumbles. They are meant to push back the offense and make it harder to get the new first down, and in that regard they are far from useless. The HAMBURG SEA LIONS have lost many games where our QB was sacked in crucial situations and unable to get a new set of downs, so there is a lot of merit to it ![]() |

It could be possible doing fumble during a sack action like in real football. About action it is not so real that doing a sack it is usefull becouse a pass in RZA aim at close down. If you observe a game, many times after a sack action there will be a close pass action for a new first down. Don't know if there where a penalty after a sack but it seems no. I hope in the future at least give the possibility of forcing a fumble in sack action Last edited on 2025-12-16 20:33:13 by Tvllo |

[…] I hope in the future at least give the possibility of forcing a fumble in sack action I’m with you on that, it would be another „realistic“ element in the game. The question would be, though, how to link it to certain skills a player can have. As of now I think fumbling is primarily linked to the skill „Carrying“, which mostly the Runners have a fully developed set of. Because if you’d want it to be fully rooted in realism, even WRs should fumble the ball now and then, because they get the ball punched out in real life when going for yards after catch as well. And most RZA WRs, even if this specific Assistant Coach does give a bonus on training CAR, don’t have that skill developed well either… at least not in the early stages of their career. And I have never experienced a WR fumble the ball after the catch in RZA, ever. So I’d guess it’s a bit tricky to get it linked to a sack, then… ![]() Last edited on 2025-12-16 21:06:27 by Chrill |

A fumble is possible within the first 5 yards behind the line of scrimmage. That's why there's never a fumble after sacks, TfL or passes.

Edit: a fumbleforcer CB is a wasted special trait ![]() Not true. There has been a game where one of my CBs (Danny Osborne with the fumbleforcer trait) (lined up as a CB and not as any other defender) forced a fumble within a game, he did not recover it (the defense did recover), but, that is not true that for CBs fumbleforcer is a wasted trait.
I could be wrong, let me check. Edit: I did find out that the forced fumble trait indeed does not work with CBs...yet. I guess I read something wrong when it came to Danny, because I thought he forced a fumble when he did not. My apologies, just ignore what I said because I can't delete the message ![]() ![]() Last edited on 2025-12-16 22:48:22 by 0verpowerd |

WAW. How the hell did you manage to squeeze that. If i was you, i gave him a lot of extra points, and turn him into a beast for next season. Franchise DE straight out of the YA Academy. Not bad. And if you put him on TM, you will make a fortune |

Yeah is it just me being able to read the signs better, good luck or have Youth pulls actually been better lately. Today pulled the 3rd "good pull" in a row, a 16 year old with 48.4 Intelligence and 42 teamwork. But I've been getting a lot with good Teamwork and Intelligence ratings, it's just a question of physicals.
