My third round pick is an RB/FB with yellow-capped speed but uncapped strength. He's just smart enough to count past ten without needing to take off his shoes, so I'll wait until he hits his max speed before I decide to either put him on the market or just cut him. What's your approach to RBs/FBs and intelligence? Just curious cuz you mentioned it. I've favored smarter (40+) players for FB, but I honestly even forget why... ![]() Truth be told, I prefer high intelligence for all my players. How much does it help players besides MLBs, QBs, and OLs? I don't know; I just like having smart players. ![]() Doesn't it have an effect on interceptions? I always have WR/TEs and CB/SFs at 40+ Honestly, I don't know. Could be, but hard to judge. Has anyone some data on that? Like a period of time with dumb WR and another with clever one, with quite similar QBs on it? Sure, almost on every stat is the more the better. |

NC South Ruhrpott Miners 15 1 Paxtang Black Panthers 14 2 Copenhagen Lions 10 6 Saucon Valley (BOT) 2 14 As every season will the Miners underestimate their strength and yes, this season, we might see the Panthers win the division. I did split the series and by that gave the Miners the division, again, but time will tell. Panthers are good equipped, but it’s hard to tell, whoms retirements did hit whom harder, Miners or the Panthers. That's not fair. The other teams deliberately played so poorly against us and let us win. We weren't even that strong. And when it really mattered, we lost.
Okay. Sarcasm off. At the beginning of the season, we're still developing. By the end of the season, I hope to have made a big step forward and come close to reaching the team's current potential. The quarterback position could remain an area for improvement, but we're focusing on development there as well. |

Doves went BOT this night, so the Irons will win the division.

Not so fast, my friend. The Rocky Mountain Monarchs may make that division hunt very interesting. I think the winner will be determined by who can make the most progress on the learning curve.
It does seem that the Irons owner has the lead in that regard. However it ends, I'm watching that competition closely, and best of luck to both rmgm733 and LoonarRL. ![]() |

Not my day.
My car's license plates were stolen. So I can't use the car right now. I have to file a police report. Report it to my insurance company. Now I have to go to the vehicle registration office. I got an appointment for mid-January. I still have to get new license plates. And I can't use the car until then.
With all this mess, I completely forgot about the game settings today.
Shit happens. ![]() |

Sorry to hear that mess. I hope you get this solved out.
Congratulation on the win to Marion.
A very error prone game, decided in OT. Not blaming my coaches changes, but it did for sure not help. And to get over the bragging on coaches, this mechanics on coaches hiring and firing is totally nonsense. Gets me frustrated every time I have to do it and makes me really mad, since it doesn't have any purpose. |

For gameday 2 I have for important games: Iron over Chargers (but with 2 new teams, you never know) Cobras over Jaguars Lions over Trnje (which gives Lions some credit on the building side) Smile over KAFakofers Leopards over Saints (which might be close) Miners over Crust Man, lots of differences on the picks. Obviously I did give Iron too much credit on their development. Same for the Lions. My team did suck and lost in OT, but that is within the possible range. And Miners did left their settings open, so upset. For the next gameday I have: Smile over Prague Lions Miners over Snappers Leopards over Panthers Minors over Jaguars Saints over KAFakofers Trnje over Chargers Good luck! |

1st round pick of the draft: a 19 y.o. CB with 5* talent with 48.5 capped speed, and 38.5 strength uncapped, gotta train STR to see if i change CB to another defensive position.
2nd round pick: a 19 y.o. WR with 4* talent with 50 SPEED. He is part of my roster. 3rd round pick: a 21 y.o. DL with 3.5* talent 46.5 capped STR, 45.3 capped SPEED. He's average but he will be a good substitute for now! After a win against a bot, i'm delighted to see a big win during the last weekend against KAFakofers 41-21 at home. Next game against my rival Prague Lions ! It will be though but anything is possible with my team ! Last edited on 2025-12-18 00:08:11 by nba-guru |
