Back in the day (the first 10 seasons) I would go over 100 million. Now that salaries have hit hard (well not now since I lost 80% of my roster due to negligence) 5 to 10 at most.

Factors I look at to make it worth it:

1. Physicals, intelligence, TW obviously.

2. Salary

3. Special Traits (kind of linked to 1 if they aren't quite high enough)

4. Age. I used to value super young a long time ago but that just means they end up costing too much and lose them before they are 27. I kind of like the 22 to 26 range on the market.
