Ok, I have a question:

If you want a specific player that is on another team, wanted to decrease the player salary, or anything else that requires wanting to get rid of and acquire a specific player at the same time, is it possible for an owner to message a specific trade offer to another owner and if it involves players then the owners can put them on the transfer market with also letting others know that it is apart of a trade process so that they can understand and leave them be?

An example of a trade offer would be:

(example, not players for RZA)

Offering: John Jonny, LB (Wage 110K)

For: Tim Timmy, RB (Wage 30K) & Greg Gregory, CB (Wage 50K)
(Both would be put on TM manually by both owners for trade to work and one owner would let others know that it is a part of a trade process).

I don't know, it was just a thing on my mind and I didn't know if this should've been on suggestions because I know trades had been suggested before and I want to get others opinion on this idea for trades to semi-work without really needing to put anything extra into the site.

Can I get people's opinions on this so I know what to do for the near future

There is no trading between 2 parties directly.

Only via transfer market, by offering the player to the market "sell" and then everyone can bid, if they like.

If the player receives at least one bid, he will switch the team for that money minus the tax. If no bid was made, he stays and his TC and I think also moral does decrease.

That’s not his point. I think he’s contemplating to have two managers come to the agreement that, once a player is put on the transfer market, only the manager wanting the player puts money on him.

The catch in his proposal, as I understand it, is that there’s a gentlemen’s agreement with all other managers, being once it is somehow made public that it’s a trade between two particular parties/teams no other manager should drive up the price by trying to get the player, too.

You are right, I did oversee that detail. Still, no such stuff is in place and honestly I don't think it ever will be.
