Coaches search is for me THE biggest pain of the game. There are only 2 things I really hate in this game. a) losing games, which I should likely win. That happens from time to time, but I also get wins I should not get. b) searching for coaches to fit perfectly in my 550 CP plan. That takes sometimes SEASONS, which drives me crazy, frustrates me and whould be one of the things to make me quit. This fruitless searching EVERY day to find eventually the right coach the system did eventually generate is a major booboo and no fun at all. Right now my strategy is to get at least CLOSE the specifications to have at least a coach with close the CP I want and then some day I will have to adjust at some positions AGAIN just to have the 550 spend completely. Until then, PAIN. Once I have a complete setup I rest the case for 10+ season and then the pain started again. |

I started a topic a few weeks ago, complaining that most of the coaches are in the 65-85 range, making it really difficult to find low CPs coaches (those are the ones I mostly need because if you don't choose to have only a few big coaches, then you need many on the 50-60 range). So, yes, I'm with jack on coaches search being a big pain, having to check any day hoping to see that magical 55 (more or less) safety/RB/WR... coach with at least a 3,5 consistance (that's my mark). But as I said, I consider it an issue only regarding low range coaches, and I'd love to see more of them. No real opinion about becoming more difficult to find great coaches, my strategy is set to 2 good coaches (lines) and as more as possible low range coaches covering other roles.
