KMN Mandalorians (11–3)
Remaining opponents: Space Krakage (11–3), Ghosts of Koh Phangan (5–9) Avoid relegation: KMN Mandalorians are already completely safe from relegation. Even if they lose both games and finish 11–5, their strong point differential (+123) and win total mean there is no scenario in which they finish among the bottom two NC teams. Make the playoffs: Playoff participation is already secured. They will either win the NC East or qualify as a wild card. Winning at least one of the two remaining games almost guarantees the division title. Even with two losses, they are still very likely to win the division unless Constanta wins out and gains a massive point-differential swing. Constanta Ravens (8–6) Remaining opponents: TigerCats (10–4), mystics (6–8) Avoid relegation: One win should be enough to stay up, especially if it comes against the mystics. If Constanta lose both games and finish 8–8, relegation is only possible if two NC teams finish below them with a better point differential, which is unlikely given Constanta’s current +111 PD. Make the playoffs: Winning both games (10–6) gives Constanta a strong chance to reach the playoffs as a wild card. Finishing 1–1 (9–7) keeps them in the wild-card race but requires losses by other NC contenders in different divisions. Winning the division would require Constanta to go 2–0 and KMN Mandalorians to go 0–2, which is mathematically possible but very unlikely. mystics (6–8) Remaining opponents: Caplit e salama (3–11), Constanta Ravens (8–6) Avoid relegation: The mystics need at least one win to have a realistic chance of survival. Going 0–2 (6–10) almost certainly results in relegation. Finishing 1–1 (7–9) keeps them alive only if other NC teams also finish with poor records and worse point differentials. Going 2–0 (8–8) would very likely be enough to avoid relegation. Make the playoffs: There is no realistic playoff path. Even at 8–8, the mystics’ negative point differential makes it almost impossible to compete for a wild-card spot without extreme league-wide chaos. Ghosts of Koh Phangan (5–9) Remaining opponents: Glizzy Gobblers (3–11), KMN Mandalorians (11–3) Avoid relegation: The Ghosts must win at least one game to stay alive. Losing both games (5–11) would almost guarantee relegation. Finishing 1–1 (6–10) still leaves them in serious danger and requires other NC teams to collapse. Winning both games (7–9) gives them the best survival chance, but their current point differential (–52) means they would still depend on other results. Make the playoffs: There is no realistic scenario in which the Ghosts of Koh Phangan reach the playoffs. Even a 7–9 finish would not be competitive for a wild-card spot under the point-differential tiebreaker. |
