I'm a new manager here who runs a YT Channel (you can tell by my username). I want to hear your bold predictions for the 2026-27 NFL Season.

Here are some of mine:

Chiefs will MISS the playoffs this season
Eagles make it back to the SB (57, 59, 61?)
The Patriots, Broncos, Jaguars all MAKE the playoffs

Let's hear some of your predictions!

Prior Free Agency and Draft? That sounds like lottery.

My prediction for the AFC:

AFC:

AFC EAST:

Bills: (13-4)
I believe that Joe Brady will be an excellent replacement for HC, as a likely new WR, some new defensive and offensive weapons, and other things will help Allen and the Bills take the East again.
Patriots: (10-7)
After getting blown out in the Super Bowl, the definite morale decrease and the loss of losing some plays in free agency soon will make the Patriots ok, but not amazing like they were a season ago. Maye might also have some injury struggles like Jayden Daniels did after he led the Commanders to the NFC Championship.
Jets: (7-10)
The Jets are definitely going to have a better year with a new free agent QB and new coordinator, but they are not ready for a playoff berth just yet. It's weird to say, but it feels like the Jets might be competitive in the next couple of years, just not this year.
Dolphins: (4-13)
Losing Tua, Tyreek, and many others will not help the Dolphins at all. The defense might be a little better, but the offense might be just plain terrible. I think getting a couple of weapons could be good for them but lets be honest probably drafting Mansoor Delane or something like that won't help.

AFC NORTH:
Ravens: (11-6)
Lamar Jackson will definitely have a good redemption year, but i'm not buying in on the Ravens being great. The Ravens will probably address their needs and be good, but saying that they will grab the #1 seed is a definite reach.
Bengals: (8-9)
The Bengals are in a bad position to be worse this upcoming season, but I believe that once the Bengals finally address their needs and do the right thing, they will look decent, not good. I believe Zac Taylor will probably get fired after this upcoming season, but hey, I still think the Bengals will be alright.
Steelers: (5-12)
I don't like the Mike McCarthy hiring to be honest. Steelers might or might not get Rodgers back, and even then there are still other positions that need to get addressed. Call me crazy, but I think the Steelers getting 5 wins in this prediction is a little bit generous.
Browns: (3-14)
Where do I begin? Oh yeah, Shedur is an ok QB but will have to adjust to new coaching, their TE is leaving, their DC resigned (which obviously is the Browns organization's fault, like, make that man your new HC, he lead Myles to a record-breaking season), their HC is unpredictable, and much, much more.

AFC SOUTH:
Jaguars: (13-4)
I don't really have to say much about this one, they can basically keep all of their players, they kept all of their good coaches, and they are a good team. nuff said.
Colts: (11-6)
Getting Daniel Jones back will probably happen for the Colts, as they are a monster team with him and have solid players and coaches. If you were to ask me what team would be dangerous enough to make a run in 26-27, I would say the Colts.
Texans: (9-8)
Many of you probably don't understand why I have the Texan's record dropping so low, well, an obvious answer is that the players are getting older and are going to different teams, leaving the remaining players who actually stay struggling. Its obvious he defense will be great, but there are multiple questions I have for the offense.
Titans: (3-14)
I'm not gonna really put much into detail, just because the Titans have a new coach doesn't mean they are going to be elite in the coach's first year.

AFC WEST:
Broncos: (12-5)
The Broncos with Bo Nix, man, they are good. It's not hard to think that they will be building around him more and more...if he can stay healthy.
Chargers: (10-7)
The Chargers definitely will have a slight setback, and it's not like they won't improve their offensive line, it's just that they still haven't proved to be a monstrous contender.
Raiders: (8-9)
Not yet...the QB still needs to learn how to play in the NFL...however i'd imagine they will still play well with Klint as their HC.
Chiefs: (7-10)
This is considering the fact that maybe Mahomes is likely to return from his ACL injury in week 7...that's what i'm guessing. Even then, I believe with him starting he will have to rack up about 3 losses or more. This is not even considering the chiefs and their cap situation (although they were smart to restructure Mahomes's contract to save 33M in cap.

I don't hate your picks.... the Bills will be around 11-6 with the Pats at #1 (honestly 1 of them 2 will win) the jets take is a bit aggressive, and the dolphins take I agree with... here is my AFC standings for next year:

AFC EAST
Bills 12-5 (decent hc hire but a good team that will fix some issues)
Patriots 11-6 (will need to adapt to harder schedule, land some OL to fix that issue)
Jets 5-12 (they may get some QB but their team has a lot of problems)
Dolphins 3-14 (they are in re-build mode)

AFC WEST
Broncos 13-4 (the definition of super bowl ready, good offense, incredible defense)
Chargers 12-5 (will have better injury luck and be solid)
Raiders 6-11 (still a lot of issues but Mendoza is solid in rookie year)
Chiefs 5-12 (Mahomes comes back wk. 9 but the team cant get in a rhythm after a 2-7 start)

AFC NORTH
Ravens 11-6 (they come back after a disaster season)
Bengals 10-7 (Burrow plays well, still have some defensive issues)
Steelers 9-8 (Rodgers comes back, they do the same dance again)
Browns 6-11 (Good defense but QB questions remain)

AFC SOUTH
Texans 11-6 (incredible defense, Stroud is a small setback)
Jaguars 10-7 (Lawrence is good defense is good... just kinda mediocre....)
Titans 8-9 (Ward improves and they are aggressive in fa, defense gets better under Saleh)
Colts 8-9 (They colt to 8-9, QB questions arise when Jones plays ok)

PLAYOFFS
1. Broncos (13-4)
2. Bills (12-5)
3. Texans (11-6)
4. Ravens (11-6)
5. Chargers (12-5)
6. Patriots (11-6)
7. Jaguars (10-7)

WILD CARD RESULTS
Jaguars 17 @ Bills 27
Patriots 23 @ Texans 20
Chargers 16 @ Ravens 30

DIVISIONAL ROUND RESULTS
Patriots 20 @ Broncos 24
Ravens 27 @ Bills 24

AFC TITLE GAME
Ravens 16 @ Broncos 20

These are super-early and I certainly think that the AFC is very competitive... there will be many teams trying to duel it out this upcoming season!
