OK, let's start this seasons monologue.
I just checked on the leagues teams and right now it does not look too good. But it's only Monday after rollover, maybe something will change until Saturday, or hopefully because of the mediacenter until Tuesday. If not miscalculated, we have right now 23 teams in the league, which is by number quite good. Of those are active (means logged in after the rollover) Berlin Racoons Birmingham Iron Cottbus Cobras Fixed Bills Leverkusen Leopards Lutetia Chaotic Smile MacsUltraVideosYT Paxtang Black Panthers PP Powerhouse Rio Monarchs (moved from Claymore) Smržice Chargers Suchdol Minors Terran Emperors Trnava Saints Trnje inactive, but likely alive (means logged in prior the rollover, within a week) Blatná Jaguars Caplit e salama KAFakofers MTB Beavers Orono Ancient Snappers Valverde Mulos (edge case, exactly 1 week not logged in) inactive, on the edge to BOT-status (means did not log in since more than a week) Copenhagen Lions (would fall BOT on 12.03.) Steelers (would fall BOT 13.03., maybe earlier, depends on his logins) We have on team so far moved to us, a BOT was moved away. The two teams from Elite did get sorted in at AC East with Caplit e salama and at NC South Berlin Racoons. Welcome back. 2 teams are in financial trouble, so get your wages down, your stadium fully build and pay your depts. If you have questions, what you can do, please ask. |

Hey Monarchs,
the Berlin Racoons are back from their little trip to Elite League. As expected it was tough, but overall it went better than I thought. A rather kind schedule definitely helped along the way. All in all it was a great and exciting experience, and to be honest it took away quite a bit of the fear I had of Elite teams. I will definitely try to promote again, the only question is when. That said, the adventure left a few marks. I had to let some top players go, partly for financial reasons and partly because one of the gentlemen decided it was time to enjoy retirement. I also extended one contract I actually did not want to extend. On top of that I completely messed up another negotiation because I was too stingy and tried to squeeze out the last dollar. Result: player gone. At least the LB brought in a nice sum, so there is that. Still, all self inflicted. #badmanagement I am really looking forward to the new season and curious to see how things will play out for me in the NC South. Have fun everyone in the new season and maybe we can manage it so that Jack does not have to carry the entire conversation on his own this time. PS: Thanks for the u p d a t e Jack |

Welcome back!
To all: I just put several players on the market to get some roster space for the big renovation in the next few seasons. All players are veterans, balanced trained and have at least 4 seasons left in the tank, since they are mid-20. So, if you look for some players, have a look. EDIT: just some clarifications.
