I know this may also be a far-fetched idea, but hear me out... what if instead of setting training to one skill, you could have the option to award training pts (like in Ya but these wouldnt be extra) instead of having the system do that? This could be based on teamwork, age, and PC, and it would give users the ability to grow their players skill in more than one category...
