What goes on?

It's quite strange, but it seems that this season I'll have more trouble in league (eventually not making it into playoffs) than in supercup.
I had a stronger opponent in division (more or less equal to my team), and a busy schedule so I'll probably will not make it without being division winner. In Supercup instead I started with a solid 4-0, collecting an elite team head (!) in last match. Checking the schedule and BOTs to play with, it should be already done for playoffs |

i think 1 more season of player development for sussex before hopefully challenging for wild card season after this.got stadium/facilities/youth maxed out just filling out roster and youth with high potential players so hopefully bit of porgress this year on training field and ill be ready.also gotta make some tough decisions personal wise with full roster and youth set up,anyone brought in would mean someone getting cut.

I have stronger opponents this season, but I hope to clinch division and play off
Main object will be to build a deeper playbook and evaluate it And to train players effectivly |

You've played only 6 months so far and you already have wages as a very top team. I, for example, preferred to start slower, building it without hurry and without using market at the moment. You are right about that Fabry. To fast in my growth. Salary is down 1.2 million a week already. Have to figure out what will be manageable

Until last season, I was also trying to grow slowly, then realized I made a steady profit and started buying some veterans to boost my roster. So far, it seems fine financially, but I still might need to make a cut or two after this season, once the renegotiations hit.
My goals were to make the Supercup knockout stage (at all) as well as the league playoffs again and there survive at least into the Division round (either as Division champs or winning the Wild Card round). Still a bit too early to tell of course, but beating Frankonian and losing only by a field goal to vamos shows me I should be about on track... Skippers looking for a winning season, and hopefully at least a shot at the playoffs. After reaching the playoffs last year it would be a letdown not to be competitive this season.
Of course, already took a good lump by the hands of Fighting Frankonian, 31-30 when they launched a 31-yard TD pass with :06 remaining on the clock. |
