I was watching the Elite match ticker and seemed to me there were a lot of big play touchdowns, so I went back to look at these scoring plays. I know it's a small sample size, and I'm confident there haven't been any unannounced changes to the simulator, but in the 14 Elite matches, there were 14 offensive TDs of 20+ yards, which seems like a lot to me.

None of these plays followed a sack, so it wasn't like these TDs came on 2nd or 3rd and long scenarios, and I was really surprised that four of them were against the 3-4-4 (TD passes of 20, 43, 58 and 81 yards). Other burned defenses were the 4-3-4 (21 yards), the 4-4-3 (28, 32, 36, 43 and 75 yards), the 5-2 (30 yards) and the 5-3-3 (40, 60 and 70 yards).

Can confirm, there were no changes.

my team had 3 of those and I really needed them

I am pretty sure that the opposing defense was thinking run as I did run my share of plays during the game.
So probably that Safety was playing closer to the LOS and was not able to be in position in time

The opposing D was in run when in 533. Unless I messed up counts and playbook checks, in pass D on the other two.

Am I understanding correctly, saying you favor run when playing the 533 is different than favoring pass in 533 in terms of how the defense performs?

First off, it's a Friendly Cup in POWER MODE.
Second, i've never seen 4 long TDs in a game, from the same team before, maybe others did, but here is the GAME and here are the details.

1. 14:11 2 and 10 to go on own 35, Djamal Ismail (OC) snaps the ball to Shaked Kachelhofer (QB), Shaked Kachelhofer (QB) selected Ryan Southard (WR/R) as target, the receiver of this outer right pass catches the ball, the result is a 65 yards pass, touchdown (I-formation vs. 3-4-4)
2. 0:16 1 and 10 to go on own 48, Djamal Ismail (OC) snaps the ball to Shaked Kachelhofer (QB), Shaked Kachelhofer (QB) selected Marijonas Jankunas (WR/R) as target, the pass goes inner right to the receiver, who catches the ball, Marius Maxim (FS/C) missed his chance for a tackle, this was a 52 yards pass, touchdown (Flexbone vs. 4-4-3)
3. 13:33 1 and 10 to go on own 41, Errol Batten (OC) snaps the ball to Shaked Kachelhofer (QB), Shaked Kachelhofer (QB) selected Laven Puri (WR/R) as target, Mihai Tanase (OLB/R) seems to go for the blitz, this outer right pass goes to the receiver, who catches the ball, Radu Mazilu (CB/L) missed his chance for a tackle, the result is a 59 yards pass, touchdown (I-formation vs. 3-4-4)
4. 0:35 2 and 5 to go on own 25, Djamal Ismail (OC) snaps the ball to Shaked Kachelhofer (QB), Shaked Kachelhofer (QB) selected Raymond Möller (WR/R) as target, this outer right pass goes to the receiver, who catches the ball, the tackle was missed by Marius Lascu (FS/C), this was a 75 yards pass, touchdown (Goalline O vs. 5-3-3)

Now, when playing in normal mode, against boot teams this tends to happen very often, against new teams / inferior teams it tends to happen maybe 1-2 times (not always), against old teams it tends to happen almost never because of the high quality of the players, but for this to happen in power mode, 4 times, i think it's ridiculous.

And i had another discussion about the power mode a couple of weeks ago, but even so, the score represents the power mode all to well, compared to that 63-0 in my previous discussion.
