A day late ...
Happy 100th Birthday, Sir David Attenborough. For generations, your voice has been the sound of wonder itself. My sons, my grandson, and I grew up watching your documentaries and listening to your remarkable commentary. Through your work, you helped me teach my children to care for nature, respect the environment, and understand the reality of human made climate change. Few people have shaped humanity's relationship with the natural world as profoundly as you have. I am grateful that you are still doing what you have done your entire life: exploring, observing, and sharing the wonders of this planet with all of us. I truly hope you will enjoy a few more good years surrounded by the beauty of nature you spent a lifetime protecting. A hundred years of curiosity! Thank you, Sir David. |
