The Sea Devils Sports Centre Draft Analysis

Quarterbacks - This isnt a draft if you need your next starting Quarterback. There are some potential prospects but nothing standout

Running Backs - If you are looking for your next superstar back, look elsewhere

Full Backs - There is very little in terms of FB although other draftees could be adapted to this role

Wide Receivers - There is 1 possible standout WR in a class of middling potential.

Tight Ends - The Tight End Class of S64 is low on quality however there a a couple of 'risky' choices if you need to take a punt

Offensive Lineman - A position that seems to be lacking in youth pulls and on the transfer market there are ALOT of OLs this time, however the standard is average with a few potential future stars.

Defensive Lineman - There are a few DLs that may be worth a shot, but again no standout performer

Linebacker - A class with alot of Linebackers to choose from the standard is however pretty low, with a couple who may be worth a punt

Cornerback - I have just 1 decent prospect in this position

Safety - There are possible 2 a couple of potential prospects, but as with all positions nothing stands out.

The draft class of S64 is low on HIGH/ELITE quality level players, however it does have a lot of possible decent players who could help teams in the future. Unfortunately nothing to get excited about

Oof, thats rough.

Hopefully next season's draft class is a bit bitter.

I thought so, too, when I shuffled through the board. I’m glad you see it the same way as me. Because the last I read about the upcoming class was Rurik posting somewhere that it’s better than the last, and since I assessed it similar to you, he had me wondering what I missed

Like the Packers, the Svalbard North Jarls Conquerors are traditionally a team that picks in the second half of the round. For us, it doesn’t really matter whether there are 3 or 8 superstar prospects — they’ll all be gone by the time we make our first pick anyway. What matters to us is what the second tier looks like. The players where you only realize on the second or third look what they could become. Are there a lot of those this year? Good.

I hope the draft grades this time will take into account that at #28, you simply can’t land an A-level player. Are there going to be draft grades again this year, Chrill?

This is a bad year to have a weak draft class. I only have 1 good player coming out of the academy this year. Next season i have 7 to choose from that are all good prospects. Watch next draft class be loaded

Then pick One of next years players already this year to have at least the chance to keep all 7.
