QB? but wouldnt he be getting trained for passing and vision bonus then? or could I still train catching, for instance, or blocking, and get the bonus even though QB doesnt do that stuff?

It‘s your training, so just tips here. Find the physicals first by training 90 spe or str. 10 on vis or pos until the Caps are clear. These skills are supported by QB, so Shift to that pos to get more training in the same time. Then, once red Caps are found and trained, s e l e c t a position as future and then train the other needed skills where he gets Most training on an update. If at that time your FB AC has more CP than the OL, train BLO there if needed. If FOO is needed and DL AC is better than OL AC, train there. |

Move ALL players that have not found their caps (SPE or STR) to QB 2. Once both caps found, decide future position and then 3. Switch them to the skill you want to train that has the highest CP (if WR coach has better CP than RB, then train carrying under WR) Did I get that right? I suggest to read my Guide on that.
Training youthies is an art. The basics you got, but in detail there needs to be more monitoring and adjustments. PC you can ignore as long as they are Not on the senior roster. With every rollover they might get better on PC anyway. On spe and str you Need to be careful, since sometimes the gains are 1.1 to 1.3 per u p d a t e and you might miss the exact yellow cap, if not carefully trained, like before training 42.9 no cap and After training 44.2 yellow cap. Did it yellow cap on 43.0 or 44.0? That‘s important if you want overtraining on the red cap barrier. Is all in my Guide. |
