If a team challenges you twice (home and away) for the same day, and you are a bit quicker on the fingers than the brain and accept them both in quick succession, does the engine cancel both challenges because you have accepted another challenge on the same day, and thus you don’t get to play either?

Thats a funny theory. I do not know if that is possible. I was changing the whole challenge thing some time ago to stop teams from accepting 2 challenges ...

it's definitely possible to challenge twice, because I have done it, and received it. I have twice accepted both and had both cancelled by the engine due to one team already accepting a challenge.
