Because this topic is about Youth Academy
When looking to player in Transfer Market they say: This player will enter your Youth Academy. If there isn't an open spot available for him he will be transfered to your Senior Team. a) If not spot available: wil lhe transferred without senior ticket to main team - so i can save a senior ticket theoretical? And if a = yes than also more interesting next: b) why cannot choose if want a buyed player to put either in Youth Academy or direkt into the team? c) and then a more example fro clarification: I have basic YA so i kan keep 10 players - i have already 9 in Now i buy 2 players on same day both 18 yo which will go to YA and which to team? Thanks for clarification Last edited on 2011-09-29 14:54:35 by Turtlemania |

well about your 2 players on 1 day i think thats fairly obvious and the one with the later close time will be senior team.
and before u come up with wot about the same time! does it really matter and if so dont buy players at the same time or make room in your YA. |

Player is less than 18
He will enter the YA, no matter if there are any open spots...you will receive a penalty if you stay with too many youngsters Players 18 or older He will enter your senior team. Yes, you save the ticket, no this is not an advantage...since you can't keep him for free in your YA as you would do normally. |

b) why cannot choose if want a buyed player to put either in Youth Academy or direkt into the team? Still a valid question. Example: I have open spaces in my YA, but have already used all my callups to senior team, since all my young free agents went through the YA. No I want another free agent which is 20. - I have enough space on the roster - I have enough space in the YA - I will loose him over season change, since I can't do a callup and he will not be in YA with 21. So why not let the manager decide where to put the player, if he is over 18?. |

You call yourself a manager, and all the game is asking you is "act like one" TBH: the situation you describe may happen, but you can avoid this easily by keeping one senior ticket for such situations. |

That way, it won't effect the transfer logic. Admin wrote:

I ran in those problems with my test team, since I tried to get young stud to boost my senior team and those were more than I had in callups. Well ... not a problem here for me at the moment, since my criterias for players are not met. |
