there is one week you could call preseason or offseason.
At least this is the way it was designed. As said, I am thinking about moving parts inside the post season/offseason - and don't have a final solution yet. Might be I will add another week on the offseason, but then I need to recacalculate the economy due 2 weeks more wages without full compensation on income. |

i am playing game where off season is so post to be 2 weaks but some time it go 3-4 weaks BORING this extra weak we do not pay any wages or maintenance but we get income from friendly and Facility

Seriously? No, the expenses will be charged, there has to be another compensation like an offseason sponsor payment or something similar
