I don't get the point of forcing them to free agency. I think if you keep and train them for a couple of seasons, when they turn 20 you should be able to promote them regardless - - not force them to free agency, IMHO.

Admin have to say: sorry, but no! No matter how many vote with 10 stars. This is part of the game concept to choose wise who gets into the senior team and who doesnt.
As said, raise the level of your academy if you want to have more senior tickets...the expenses created by this are part of the economical calculation... |

The only thing I don't get in that business at all is, why a free agent age 20 has to go through the youth academy, if a slot is available.
Why not put all 18+ players in the real team or let the managers choose. |

The YA is looking for youngsters, and 20 and below is this category. Another reason is to keep it simple on the transfer calculation itself. As we have it now there are clear rules... |
