May be a good idea to separate the PC training from others physical training.
Is not so realistic that a player trains only a physical skill and no PC, or only PC and no other physical skill (this may be only in preseason). So, if fitness trainig is set to 60%, this 60% may be 20% PC and 40% agility (or strenght, or speed). Comments? |

PC is similar to "endurance" or "stamina"
So it is differnt training for me. And not divide training points in one category it will become to complicated |

However, if you overwork yourself how can you improve speed and strength? So, you do need to have a level of conditioning in order to improve strength and speed.
