Often times in sports the last game or few games younger guys get the opportunity to play in games so the starters and such rest. What about the idea of 17 year old players being able to transfer to the team for the last 1 or 2 games of the regular season?

I dont like it..
I was actually going to propose something of the opposite of that suggestion. I would say my main reason for not liking it is it should come as a severe hit to team chemistry. Imagine a 26 yr old guy who gets replaced in the last games of the season for some young guy who had NO hand in getting the team where they were (good or bad). This is done quite a bit in basketball (the calling of minor league players to come into the pro team) but it results in the team releasing or putting a player on IR. My other reason for not liking it is it sort makes a mockery of the "pro" team in this instance. In real situations fans pay money to watch the best the team has to offer and putting players out there who are obviously sub-standard (despite the promise in talent) is generally seen as a negative and theres a long list of ex-coaches to prove it. I understand why ALL of us managers in this game would want to see your proposal done but I just feel we need a little discipline in terms of keeping roster moves honest.
