if thats how it is then the impact on your PC must be very big and i dont mean 5-10% i want it to really affect a team after using it.

My experience from Hattrick: You can use MOTY anytime, still you have to count, that it makes sense use it once or twice, afterwards you are out for some time (after match team spirit is decreased). And it is matter of your tactics how and when it is used. And it is simple and working. |

In Hattrick you can use MotY whenever you want, that's true, but the "punishment" for using it is quite hard. Maybe we could do something similar here and increase the disadvantages for using MotY, as oddball said.

This is one plan for the offseason...the number of plays per player seem to be less than we had it usually in the test platform. Therefore the impact is less harsh...No worries, we will do that in very very small steps |
