My idea.
One time per season manager can assing limited number of traits for players. Or for youth players only. For example. One trait per one level of youth academy. |

IF something like this were to exist I think it would have to be something where you have to: A. Lock players into a position with no changes. B. Have prerequisites of skills in order to apply certain traits. IE, Track star trait requires 32 speed and 15 agility. C. If not B above then at least have it a trait that has to be trained in the academy. In the end if this existed then there would need to be some kind of parameters. I did giggle at your post there darkwing. "assing" means something different than assign. lol  |

You can't "coach" or "assign" player traits.... on the field the player either has that in them or they dont...
I'm against the idea |

For exemple.
Manager have 2 traits. And he gives the Brick Wall traits to two DL players in him Youth academy. |

With youth players this isn't really a problem.Assign them to more suitable position, and train them accordingly.
With veterans, well, it's unfortunate. |
