The retired players goes to somewhere after the retirement? I mean, it will be cool (if it doesn't exist) that the players had retired has some spot on your team clubhouse like any retired players in your team or something like that.

What do u think?

Nice one somehow

Maybe like in GLB: if a player retires out of your team you can choose if you want to "keep his name" maybe on an "famous played for your team" list.

But i would like to have this only for player who retired out of team

So when like me release a player at start of season because he anounce retire then there is no chance to get his name on list.

Perhaps you could use his name as the name of one of your coaches?

(it is somehow useless now in terms of "hall of famers" of your team, but it could be funny to name your coaches anyway)

In a basketball manager, retired player could be converted as coaches, with the stats he had when retire from play.
