Yes, the further this game progresses the less his value would have been. A few more seasons and there will be more like him. So for the first few season the fastest stadium builders are able to buy the players to win. In a few seasons then a lot more max stadiums will be around and the real managers will step up because they can't buy a team. lol.

And some managers will have a lot of money ...

Indeed, I can forsee some of the big spenders now having trouble staying competitive in the future. However, it would a cyclic thing.

Now big spenders empty large chunks on players. Salaries of those players start to take a hold when contract expires.

People who have max stadiums now and wait will have large amounts of funds for the future and lower player salaries.

The market will at least level off due to more players being drafted and the YA. So, now those big spenders will be at a disadvantage with fewer funds and less ability to save due to salaries. Other teams that have saved may be able to purchase more quality players at lower prices than the current amounts.

It might now work out this way, but I can see it working out easily.

It's up to each manager to decide what they're happy paying, but $40 million will seem even more if the speed is capped already or at least close to it

Unless it is payed by playing more games as you are capable to progress further in the all playoffs with those better players
