To an extent it'll be like that in any online game - once a general optimal build has been determined - everyone trains their players like that.
I think the traits could be the big plus in this regard - think its important the dev/s build on this and introduce more of them (and make them a bit more common) - maybe some a bit more quirky to create different types of player. Streaky seems to be an obvious one they could steal from GLB. Other ways they could have a bit of variety would be maybe to have a separate tactical to skill talent (so players may be able to cap catching at 40 but vision only at 30), widen the talent boundaries and have a wider range of TW, Physicals and Int on draftees. |

Well...one way around having all players built the same would to have separate caps/potential/talent for individual skills - - much like we have separate caps for speed & strength.
