you already got very good help here!

beside position and keyplayers (RB/QB...) i handle my draft board with priorities on: age, teamwork, primary physical skill, talent.

that means my number one pick is hopefully a monster 18y DT, even if keyplayer would be more expensive on the transfermarket.
just my opinion...

Is this at draft or capped ?

By that I mean is it rare to find a player with a speed or strength cap of 45 or do you mean its rare to find a player with those skills straight from the draft (there may be lots of 45 + caps just not many that start with that)?

My 20 Scout has just found a 49/40 teenager in a valuable position so inheriting a side with a bad record could come in handy come draft day.

I was referring to final skill numbers. When you find a 40+/40+ guy, I think he's quite valuable even if he's double-capped....but usually he has room to grow in one or the other.

key players are RBs, OLs, DLs and LBs IMO
